my pc is next to my tv, i do spend more time on pc than watching tv though. cant get our lass away from uktv gold!! eastenders from 5 years ago. i think watching it once is enough!

hi folks,
anyone have a problem with slight time delay when watching sky movies. this is not a new problem for me had since i inadvetinately bought the clone box for £180 five months ago {yes i no what u r stinking HOW MUCH - ok i no i am abit of a loser- but hay lifes abitch,whatmore can i say/
ps has fekker {the oracle} been taken out by the VSST {virgin special services team} for being 2 clever for them.

what version file have you got on the box also you could try a rescan this might cure the problem not saying it will but might what do you think Mikeygb

 

Thanks for quick response= i have version 257 and have rescanned many times over last couple of weeks but time delay remains.

You could try a factory reset but you will have to enter the codes all over again if that is not a problem for you try that but dont forget to turn on the emu when finished ok codes are on page 1 if you need them ok

 

not sure how do factory reset, bit of a sccardy cat in case i lose everything

 

ok we have a tutorial if you want to download it and read it before you make your mind up if you decide to do it you will get as much help from here as we can give but remember we dont do house calls and you do it of your own volition is that fare there is a link under my name click on it and download the tutorial to your pc then come back and let us know what you want to do ok

the guy is talking crap, its a bloody fake, & you should get your money back asap, not heard some much bull **** , the guy saying "they are clone boxes but he reckons not the cheap crap versions that are breakin"

all the starview fake/clones receivers are all crap looking ,

My opinion on them is if they work and you have to manually input codes every week you are still getting a bargain regardless of them being a clone that is my opinion only if it works leave it alone

 

they are an inch smaller than the genuine boxes, cant think of any other difference

 

hi does anyone here know abot the eurovox boxes.i have a starview box but i want to got a eurovox because i heard you dont have to change the codes on the eurovox but theres a few diffrent models of the euro vox can anyone tell me which ones to buy and which not to buy CHEERS.............

 

didnt know theres was different models, my brother's got a eurovox max and that works a treat, auto updates, working epg, also has a few games. its got a smartcard slot aswell, as far as i know its useless in this country but its needed if used abroad.

ps. if you are upgrading from a starview dont go for "the box" total rip off!! for the same price (or less) you can get a eurovox

That is it in a nut shell who cares as long as it works and you are happy with it make do with a rash purchase made you should only get burned once and we all learn our lesson do more research next time

 

For sure more research i always rush in though prob why i have so much crap eletrical stuff and spare t******* box's i was told could be chipped when i bought it think i must have pillock tattooed on my noggin
