a friend of mine tried manually entering codes and failed every time.
when he went back to check previous key all different again, in the end i said pull out aerial from back and re enter codes and that worked!! and he has entered many codes before with no problem.

if ur box is working u have the right codes for 00 and 01 however wrong codes= not working! simple, sometimes people do not get the right codes or updated ones.

Let's hope that SUNRISE doesn't stop his development, or we'll all be screwed.
And all this because of some muppets.

Everyone thinks its safe at this stage yeah?

HeraldAM, you can get the 2.57au from the link at the end of my post.
I have been running it on my fixed clone now for about 2 weeks with no problems.

paz5091. It certainly looks like the codes have changed. My box had the 'Bad or Scrambled' message up this morning, so I noted the keys that were on it, and did a 'Set Default Key', this sorted it out, and there were new codes there.
So, it looks like they updated again

I manually change the codes each time - thats to everyone who posts them - is there some way to do it automatically?

    Install the latest firmware.
IMPORTANT Do you have a clone or a genuine? It makes a big difference.
Don't know, take a look at the links at the end of one ryanmg's posts, shows the differences between clone and genuine.
Once you've determined which one you have, go to the link at the end of my post, and download v2.57 for a clone, or v4.00 for a genuine.
While you are there, download the setup guide and the update guide.

And, most importantly, if you have more questions, feel free to ask.

    same here Eamo,

only it's my grandaughter. But thank God for CBeeBee's and Cartoon Network. Watching her and trying to type at the same time. Things over the border are stable at the moment. No changes in codes here yet ( says he with fingers crossed )
