Where can i get v400ee please

 

WARNING I just came across this on fleabay. Item 130120221539. The guy is charging £0.99 plus £5 shipping to Ireland, why when it's free to download if you want it?

Thanks MAINAMN. Downloaded this. I've just done some comparisons. I have another, supposedly safe v3, and it is identical to "clone" killer version from "another" forum. This v4 is different. The most obvious difference is the date, which is 20070607.
I changed the date to 20070527, the same as the original file, to make it easier to find any differences. There is one difference, at byte 1c3, which has a value of 51 here, and 54 in the original. Without being able to decompile this, I have no way to check what command/instruction has changed or what it does.
Hopefully, with this little bit of info, someone may be able to do more digging to see what is going on.

Anyway, at least this file has one difference from all the other "safe" versions. If I get a chance tonight, I'll stick it on my clone box, and see what happens.

 

the new v4 is an official release. theres lots of differences between that & the v3

still no news whether its safe on clones though!

 

Thanks Mikey. I might just throw it on anyway, suck it and see, although I don't think my wife will be happy if I blow the box away.
Anyway, I've had one of the safe v3 running since yesterday, and no call from home asking why there are no channels available, so I guess it's still working.

 

i have to say,im impressed so far, i am in ex c + w area and it was such an annoying fault with v300ee the constant freezing and scrambling,i can honestly say i have had 4 hrs now of total interruption free viewing- heaven!!

 

Hi Jobbers. Are you on a clone or genuine?

 

as far as im aware eamo i have a genuine first generation box,its a smaller box but has the remote with one notch on the back,and has the glossy instructions etc,from all the pics posted around it seems genuine.i have had a clone before and it blew up with the v260 business and the two were v different boxes, so fingers crossed mine is genuine this time,its ran the v300ee for about 10 days with no probs apart from the freezing.

 

Just to say......thanx for ALL the hard work you guys do on this thread to help safeguard people like me who would "kill" my original sv box, never mind clones, if left to my own devices.

At least I have a chance with you guys........LOL.

Please remember that file which has been posted is from the same forum that released the 260 file that killed the other boxes please be careful if you use it

 

you should be telling them that the firmware update, SHOULD NOT BE PUT ON CLONES RECEIVERS,but only ORGINAL RECEIVERS ONLY
