Cheers but that's what I've tried and it don't seem to be working!

 

The only other method is to do a factory reset and autoscan your channels in again. You will lose your favs list but you will definitely get back your audio pids. You might have a few duplicate channels just delete these.

scouser i've sent it twice now it dont seem to work

 

Factory settings can be found by pressing menu - factory settings - type 1668 and press ok.

Autoscan go to menu installation and press automatic scan.

Make sure key emu is on after this by pressing menu, type 1570 on highlighted installation button. key emu button is at the bottom of the cas menu make sure it says on.

Press menu button on your remote. Go to Factory Setting near bottom of page. press ok. It will ask you for password. Type whatever your password is. Usually it is 0000. Press ok again and the screen will change to Language, which will be set to English. Press ok again and the screen will change again to Menu and Installation
Press ok again and you;ll be into installation page. It should say network provider, auto scan and manual scan on the screen.
Make sure your select correct network provider by using button just to the right of the ok button. After you've selected your network provider - usually n** - scroll down to automatic scan and press ok button
It will automatically scan that network and hopefully you have channels

james before u factory reset try:
Goto the channel that has no sound. then manual scan it by goin into down frequency. the new channel should come in then !

 

Back again and still need help - Folks, have a genuine Starview box, latest software and codes entered etc, emu switched on but still can only view 5 out of 53 channels scanned. I have a C*^%&S cable service but I'm still obviously doing something wrong. The channels I can't view all have a blank screen with a message saying data is being updated, this starts at 0% and goes on forever. I'm in the Naas area and would really appreciate any help you can offer,

Firstly thanks to anto & fergus if there on for the help a while ago!!

new question for you all, I've flashed v4.00 but it doesn't seem to update, any ideas? I reflashed this evening but still had to input manually.

second question i only seeem to get 83 tv channels, I know theres more because when i first autoscaned i got 97 odd. any ideas?
