MAINAMN, i tried flickin through the channels, and i got RTE 2 and TV3 back, but the rest are still gone, any ideas anyboby??

 

Irish the codes where changed a while back check yours to see if they match the new ones on page 1 and re enter if needed

 

Check that you have the right codes , page 1 , and make sure emu is turned on

 

This is my opinion only please do not put v4.00 on any of your boxes yet i would suggest holding off a little longer thanks

 

Be happy if it lasts a bit longer

irish90. I know the codes in dublin are not changed so it must be a loose conection at the back of box. or try auto scanning again. go into your codes again and check them from the previous posts, !

 

its not an emu problem it sounds like a code problem as he would not get anything at all if the emu is off

 

You know how people say its not for use with clones it was not that long ago people didnt even believe there where clones at all, i'm still not 100% sure myself

 

i have one that has all the markings of a ( clone ) but i can't say for sure

 

sorry for not explaining properly ferg forget about the numbers i have read many post saying for instance i live in london do i enter n*l t******t etc i live in a t/w area you only have to input the codes for t/w if you are sure that is your provider this list will tell you what your provider is if someone is not sure and enter all keys ie n*l t/w c/w there boxes will work but if you are sure what your provider is you only have to enter the ones for you hope this clears this up. i also have a new set of c/w keys if any one is having probs

when my key emu is in the off position, the message on my screen in a $ channel says " scrambled or bad channel " When the codes were wrong it said " data update "

Fergus, with emu turned off, you will get some channels, like RTE2 and TV3, and 1 or 2 more. For some reason, you won't get RTE1.

 

If you want to pm me the codes i will edit the post on the codes page and add them on there

 

i will pm you ferg not tested my self can you check them before removing others

thanks for that as i dont have a box here beside me hard to tell i was presuming he had been away also how could emu get turned off unless he done a factory reset
