buddy if you have the files to send me i'll try anything at the min and if it is a clone and breaks then i have lost nothing as i think this one will fly quite nice over the back field lol!!

i have that same prob when it comes to downloading

cant actually give you a percentage cuz its always different

the furthist i have been is 17%

only got one com port set as com1 - but tried all of them on gtrom

 

try changing the com port on gtrom loader as it may be on the wrong one

 

i have tried them all!its always been com port 2 on mine and is still the only port that it says is active!

flaashed box with v300 box died in 4hrs can anyone tell me if i can fix box thought someone brought one back from the dead in the last few days

 

Hi guys just wanna pick your brains if i can.
With all the freezing problems i've been having with the 300ee i decided to put the new 400ee on.Problem whilst downloading to sv the pc went to 100% download completed ect,but the sv display only went upto 62%.tried to check for channels sv would not respond to anything.The only thing it was doing was have flashing lines on the display.I have had to put the 300ee back on and thankfully its back to normal including freezing problems.I did follow link on this site for 400ee.
Guys any advice would be gratefull.

 

try those,and if still failing plug your box into your comp via the cable and go into device manager on your comp and check that the com port on there matches the one on your gtrom downloader,also, a biggie - have you ever successfully flashed before with the cable you are using? it couldnt be the cable by any chance could it?

 

hi all i have a clone i am running 257 with no probs i can not understand why people see new software and want to put it on there boxes then when thier box is dead they start complaining yes i agree that we do not want to be inputting keys all the time but i have not inputted any keys for 8 days are so even software that says 100% save for clones or none clones have to be put to the test even on another site witch claim to sell genuine boxes they have had alot of probs why not just stick to 257 no freezing no dead boxes just 2 minuets inputting keys now and again

shaun1970,i had the same problem as you flashing my box last week,the percentage bar on the screen counted to 100% and instead of saying cmd send it said burning flash - the sv box display which normally counts up to 100 too didnt,i just got the scrolling green lights, i looked furter into it and the software had actually gone into my box ok but the box had reset itself and i had to rescan turn emu on again etc.

I felt I should at least try v4.00 and see if I could do any thing with the freezing

when I loaded it same problem as others it only went up to 62% or so and when it was done I had four small lines flashing on the front of the box lol looked like Kit

now I got that from page one on Starview Firmware here

maybe some thing wrong with that file

my box if a genuine one and I was able to put v3.00 back on it

 

look up page 5 posts and stick to good advice

all the people that have tried to put 4.00 on their boxes are struggling as they are using the one off page one of this site,i got mine elsewhere and had no probs whatsoever,can anyone confirm the 4.00ee off page 1 is ok ?

 

cant even find it on page one but if anyone wants to try the one i have then pm me and by all means i will send them mine as i seem to be the only one that has had no probs downloading or running the v400ee
