    Hi,
I am setting up a new Starview box and I cannot access the Parental Control menu. The item is in green in the menu and is completely disabled. I have done a full automatic channel scan (numerous times) and restarted the box, all to no avail. Anyone got any ideas?
Please note, this is not that I can't access the secret menu, it's that I can access Parental Control at all.

    Thanks.
