Mornin all ,Can anyone down in the carlow/kilkenny or newbridge area know if the sv will work down there ? . In carlow/kilkenny ive tried it once but there is only chorus MMDS down there so it didnt work( is there a way around this or is the only way chorus cable?)
Also Is newbridge chorus MMDS or chorus cable ! ?

hello ppl i have a star view box but am havin troubles with it my channels dont work slowly slowy they all goin off and nw channel 4 us dnt work 2 or 3 music channels work such as kiss and mtv av tried the codingz can any 1 help plzzz is a new updated code or anyfing plz help thank you !!

 

double check your codes again ( page 1 of this thread) .Did you try an auto-scan again and make sure Emu is on ?

You may have to reflash the box, what firmware are you using ?

2.57e_E should be ok ( I have it on) Could be a bad flash on it .
Did you get any cd or null cables with the box ?

No it is the Freq, Symbol & Modulation if possible? Had a starview box (clone I think) flashed (3.00) and now dead (lasted 8 days). Am trying another possible route and if successful will post solution here as I have had great help from this forum.
I belive that holding in UP/Down on the box, while switching on brings up engineers mode (freq/sym are displayed)but I think this is just for genuine N*L digi boxes and I don't have one, loaned it out when I got the starview, regretting that now :-(

are u sure coz the channels are going off every day slowly slowly they jus go off i jus got the normal bbc n stuff like and 3 channes of music and also disney channels and cartoon network that about it nofun else works av dne all coding and scanning emu on and everything still nt working

 

couple of people have sent off their dead boxes and they got them fixed, could be what your looking for. all the best .
