Hi mate new to all this i flashed my starview 2 weeks ago to ver 3 it is now dead could you please pass on the details so i can send mine away.

the sound is gone on sky one and channel 4 on my starview, any suggestions?

 

Mine went too .... do a manual scan and replace the stations with no sound with the stations the scan picks up you'll find them at the end of the stations list

LeslieB71, i done the manual scan and it says 10 programs found but i cannot choose one, could you please help me??

 

can anybody tell me how to get the sound in sync with my the picture and get the sound back for sky one and channel 4

 

write down the frequnces of the channels then delete them,manual scan them.go to the bottom of your channel list they will be there.

 

i wrote down the frequency of channel 4 and deleted it but i don't know where to go from there??

 

the sync problem will be at the providers end. as for the missing audio, press audio and see if theres another audio stream, or try a different channel with same name

 

the frequence for channel 4 is 347.500.go to installation,manuall scan,then put in 347.500,press ok.then it will serch and say what ever amount of channels.go to your channels,go to the bottom of the list the channels will be there

We've noticed Mtv is gone as well.

you should try a factory reset and re-scan all channels, that should sort everything out

 

i deleted channel 4 from the "general/18" list and i have channel 4 back in "all" list, how can i get channel 4 back in the "general/18 list"

 

i do not undestand how to get channels back through scanning?? any help please?? my music channels have gone aswell, any help there??
