For everyone with sync problems I just fixed mine here in Dublin

Press Menu and go Factory Setting
When done here to to Installation and do an Automatic Scan.
Once that is done click exit and press in 1570, set Key EMU to on and exit.
My box kept the correct keys through all this.

    That should do it.

    Hi Fergus,
UK Teesside, Cable came with software, pictures and instructions.
Seven wires to solder onto the board. Other end of lead plugs into 25 pin socket on back of pc. Similar to flash as loading software. If you can do that, and able to solder it's no problem. Took less than an hour to do both including loading 257 back on and getting channels back up and running. Now enjoying telly again.

Will the box still be the same or can you flash anything on to it now or will it die again

    Fergus,
Still a cloned box so can't put 260 or 300 back on or it will die again. I will just keep changing codes when I have to.

    Mikey,
I searched ebay for starview jtag, buffered jtag lead with 25 pin male socket £15. How much is it costing you? I will happily fix them aswell, if you get too many customers send them to me in B'ham.

    Hi guys,

anybody having sound problems with their box? Some of my channels, about 5 or so, have lost sound. Channel 4, E4 and a few movie channels.

    Any feedback would be welcome.

    Regards

    Pablo
