You don't need to do a factory rescan. Just delete SS1 go to installation then Manual scan enable network scan then press OK

 

Hey lads, just reading about the autoroll problem. I was wondering about this as I updated 2 boxes to v4 on satuday from 275 and I could not get them working, updating stayed at 0% so I put the codes in and they worked then so I thought something was up with the autoroll.

So does this mean that th autoroll will not work with v4 anymore? Are we back to square 1 with the manual key entry?

Nobody knows for sure but if it is true all starview and eurovox and dreambox will be down and we where relying on these boxes for the codes so coud be an end to all the boxes who knows what is going to happen so people wont have to worry about weather or not they have a clone we will all be in the same boat without any paddles

 

Thats not good! The Dbox2 is still working fine so what is the difference I wonder?

So I take it the only way we will know is when the codes change again.....

Don't want to be the grim reaper or a scud but was told by my nephew that there is a supposedly code change forecast again at the end of the month. He has a friend who works for ****** ***** who told him this was genuine. Dunno for definite if there is any truth. Just passing on what I've heard.

Well anyone who's box autorolled this time before Friday the 15th will not autoroll the next time as N** has sent out some sort of code to stop the Starview Dreambox and Eurovox boxes doing autoroll from Friday so it will be back to the drawing board for the makers lets hope they come up with something as soon as possible as we depended on the other 2 who autorolled for our codes and without them we will be all codeless

 

Hi Fergus, who found out this info? Are we sure that N*L are responsible for this or is it a problem with certain firmware?

 

i read that the right people no about the problem and are trying to fix the problem don't know if its true.

What about the Nokia Dbox? Does it auto update? My son ordered onje the other day. Should arrive tomorrow or Tuesday.

Paz this will only effect Ireland N** not uk yes if they are aware of it they would want to work fast as there is going to be a lot of people without there codes if this happens which it will before the end of the month the codes will change again so we all need to put pressure on all the forums to try and get this sorted as soon as possible so it is up to you all to get on to the other sites and voice your concerns if enough people start complaining people will take notice because the revenue for the sale of all boxes will be affected so lets get posting

 

Theres gonna be a lot of upset people around. Hopefully we will get a fix for this or else theres gonna be a lot of starview shaped door stops around.

About the ****** network i am not sure how this is going to affect this supplier could be lucky and not be touched fingers crossed
