If they were all MPEG or AVI you could use Nero Vision put them on a DVD as one title.
What did you have in mind for them?

I assume they are AVI files.
    Do you have Nero?

Assuming that the files are alike, download VOBMerge.
Run it and load the mpeg files.
When browsing for the files change to "All files", else it will not see them.
Adjust the order of the files in the compilation window if required and save as one large file.
The output file will have the .vob extension, but you can add .mpg to the end.

The output can be played with a media player on the PC or authored to DVD.

I haven't tried it with anything except VOB/MPEG.
