I converted a few movies from pal to ntsc, AI used tmpgenc plus to convert. I notice that regular ntsc movies run pretty smooth. But the pal converted to ntsc movies run a but jerky. is there any reason for this ? can I fix it in the future so it wont happen again? thanks Leo
Tmpgenc can not do Proper Pal/NTSC Conversions and never has been able to do them properly as you will allmost allways get Jumpy Playback when useing Tmpgenc to convert Pal/NTSC.... The Best encoder for Converting Pal/NTSC is called "Canopus Procoder" but it is very Expensive but there is a Cheaper version called "Canopus Procoder Express" that is just as Good and doesn"t have the $600 Price Tag, the Quality is actually just as Good or better than Tmpgenc also.....
