So, I was following a guide on ripping dvds to vcds, using smart ripper, dvd2avi, and tmpgenc. I have my mpeg, it worked I guess, but the audio is a little ahead of the video, is there anything I can do to correct this, or something I should have done differently? Also, the quality is a little on the low side, I picked the seond highest throughout the process, would going with the highest option have increased the quality significantly?

there are some settings in the guide i don't agree with, but the slowest highest quality settings do make a difference. what were ur settings?
