I have this movie I like to back up but it seems that the audio and video streams are out of sync. I used Dvd shrink and once it scanned it the page said no video is selected and no audio selected. I used AVS DVD COPY and it didn't recognized the dvd movie in either drive. The movie plays great on the pc but any help will be greatly help. I am going through all the burners but nothing is working. thanks
