Movies wont play

    i have some movies in my computer and try to burn them. i tried using some different programs but the videos wont play on my dvd player. do i have to convert them to a sertin format or what do i have to do. my videos are in mpeg mp4 avi and some other formats.i can play the movies in realOne player but not on my dvd player.can someone please help thanks.

    You will need to use a program to convert them to DVD compliant files.

    I would recommend using ConvertXTODvd. The trial version leaves a watermark on the output file but it is well worth the money to buy it if you are going to do allot of video file conversions to DVD. Below is a guide on how to use the program...

    Nero offers a full function trial and there's no water mark. Nero Vision 4 works as well as the ConvertXtoDVD. The VSO interface is probably a little more easy to use. I just did a conversion of a full length movie with both and the output is almost identical.
