Get the sonic foundry sound forge. version 5 is the best since the 8 needs a lot of resources, you got to install windows installer 3, and DirectX 9c, and a lot of stuff that'll slow down your computer if it's a small one. Sound Forge will help you to even edit the song, cut, paste, graphic equalizer, volume, rip from cd's, it has some effects and all that.
