Anyone have any insight on how MP3 CD players deal with track transition. I would like to have seamless transitions.

    thanks

Its improssible to have 100% seamless transition, due to the nature of the MP3 format. Also, many MP3CD players add extra gap between tracks in playback.

That's what I was afraid of. That needs to be fixed by whoever fixes MP3 issues (IMHO). Thanks for the response.

I am afraid that that cant be completely fixed within MP3 standard. Many PC MP3 players have options for gapless playback, or you can use a slight crossfade.

So, it is safe to say that this issue is strictly a function of the player... not how you save the files?
