MP3's

    Hi all.
    I am trying to burn MP3's to a CD using Nero.
    There are 109 files in total and the info when hovering over the folder says 483mb. Each file is no bigger than 5mb.
    When I try to put them on CD I am told that I will need 5 CD's yet the empty CD is 702mb.
    Why is this??

    Scrap that. I used the data option and all is well.
    Still don't understand why 483mb of data turns into such a huge amount od data using the music option?

    the reason why MP3s turns into such a huge amount of data while burning a CD is because you are burning a music CD that can be played by most CD players so the MP3s are getting converted to CD format! Why do you think that there are only 14-20 songs on a CD? It's a larger format! So the M3s (smaller in format) will fit more in data mode than in music CD mode!

    Because if the bands put all their songs on one cd they wouldn't become multi millionaires!
