MP4 PLAYER HELP PLZ!

I really need help i downloaded music onto my MP4 n then my friend deleted it n now i cnt put music on it does ne 1 hav ne pointers i'd really appreaciate it.

hi my name is mike i got a mp4 player for my b day and its a 2gb and looks just like a i pod nano but the wheel does not slide and i tried to put songs on it and i walked away and i dont know what happenned but the songs had file error and the mp4 had a thing delete all files so i did and it work but now i tried and the size should be 2gbs but it comes up 17.75mb and says no files on deveice and i have it on a window xp and a windows media and the mp4 players setup on it says firmware version ACT2097_S72_1 2006/04/25 9.0.50 2006/10/27 help me plz

 

If the wheel doesn't slide then maybe it's not the type that slides.Maybe you just have to press them instead.To fix your problem try formatting your player.Instructions can be found here.Hope it works.

 

Animalz (or anybody). I've got one of these players, too, and I'm having fairly okay success with it so far (today! I've had it two days now). I had to do the formatting to get it to accept my files again (after a disk error), and the functions seem to be working (not so sure about videos - haven't had any luck loading any yet).

I'm wondering if there is any way to build music playlists within it (the menus that you get from within the music player are pretty confusing to me).

Thanks for any suggestions you might have. I flip between a mac running itunes and a pc running windows media player. I'm having a devil of a time loading music from the mac to the player (the mac recognizes the drive, but the files I transfer over don't play as music, even after changing the extensions to mp4 - they were m4a files).

Hi I got a Mp4 from China, it's a Meeto one and has AV200 on the bottom of the screen, I tried to put some video on it but it keep saying "Warning: File Format Error" when I try to play it, the files in the movie section is AVI. I tried to download a AMV Video Convert Tool but I couldn't convert any of them. I don't know much about Mp4's am I suppose to convert them at all? and its 1GB btw. Please help if possible :3 Thanks

 

You have to convert your movies to amv and make sure that they have an amv extension,example:"Matrix.amv".To download the amv converter go to this website,then go to downloads,tools and search for an amv converter.If your still having problems playing your videos after you bhave converted them try formatting your player.Instructions can be found here.

 

Ok I have just recieved 2 of these waste of space mp4 players from hong kong and as most of you before they had the sample files on which looked all good. So as most people left positive feedback to the seller. However a few hrs later after formatting them both of them now when switched on just continuosly keep trying to load, Meaning the egg timer just keeps rolling and rolling and no longer can my comp find them as they have not loaded themselves to the start screen. Am i right in thinkin that they are both ready to be thrown in the bin and spat on.

I dont know what happend to my converter (AMV converter Tool)... i have like 3 monts(and the times i converterted dem they didi work) without converting video's and today i tried but it said Error :S... Please help me Thnx ...

Hey Animals, I was wondering if all these types of mp3 players memory are hacked, is it possible that other devices like cameras, thumb drives and even computer ram could be faked/hacked? Maybe there is even a bigger scam out there than we know! -gary

 

It's possible but I highly doubt it.To make sure your whatever your buying isn't hacked,it's best to buy from a retail store or seller.

To put movies on your mp4 player you need to have the right format for the movies.Mostly .amv.Heres a link to the amv converter.Convert your movies then send them to your mp4 via usb cable.
