hi. I can't seem to put vieos on my mp4. It says DMV file format.

 

You need to convert your video files to .DMV.Here's the link to download a converter.Hope it works!

I just purchased an mp3/mp4 player from China, and I can't seem to figure out how to get music onto it yet, and the instructions aren't that clear. I am only slightly familliar with iTunes, so if anyone can help me out, that would be great! I formatted it, and when I did, everything that was on it disappeared! I have no idea what is going on.

 

All you do copy and paste your music onto your mp4 player.A removable disk should show up when you plug it into the computer.Just right click your music file and go to send to then your removable disk.A letter should be allocated to it.
