I'm trying to burn an audio cd with mpc files. I downloaded the nero mpc audio plugin, and installed it in the right directory. But when I drag the mpc files into the window in Nero, I get a popup that says: "Some files could not be added".

Is there something I'm doing wrong, or can do to burn the files to cd?

I've never used nero to burn audio CDs directly from mpc files. Usually I use foobar2000 (diskwriter) to decode to .wav (so I can choose what replaygain mode I want and use dither). AFAIK there's a CD burning plugin for foobar2000 based on nero, so you could simply burn with foobar2000. Another free burning app that supports mpc natively is burrrn. Exact Audio Copy can burn mpc directly too, but you have to put musepack decoder mppdec.exe in EAC folder.
