   does any one know where i can get software to make a mpg or mpeg into vob, i am not sure if it is mpeg1 or 2, but i need a program to make it into vob, so i can burn it as a vcd and try to make my playstation2 play it cause it doesnt play mpeg vcds.

   a vcd does not have vob's on them and the ps2 does not play vcd's.

   And I seriously doubt that PS2 would play miniDVDs either (CD with DVD-Video disc's structure burned on it).
