Not sure if this is the right forum. I would like to take all of my Mpegs off my PC and put them into a format to watch in my DVD player. I do not have a DVD burner but heard you can do VCD. Can someone help me with this?

    Thanks,
    Travis

To make Vcd you need a burning program that supports it.

    Here are some:
Roxio Easy Cd Creator /Media Center
Nero Burning Rom and other Nero burning programs
    VCDEasy
    VCDGear

There a some good guides on this site that you can follow. Just click on the guides option tab at the top of the screen.

I'm afraid you have to convert your mpeg files to vcd foramt first, and then burn them. And WinAVI vide converter can do these job perfectly. You can download a trial version of the program from http://www.winavi.com to have a try!

I think mpeg and mpeg2 will make your VCD or SVCD. converting might not be needed.
