I downloaded Mobile Phone Tools from some random website but it didn't recognize my V3 *tear* and I couldn't really set it up manually... I read somewhere about doing a seem edit for it but I don't know how! So I ended up downloading Mobiledit, which I thought was a free software... yet I couldn't really do anything with the program, so does that mean I have to buy it [which I would rather not btw, unless its sure to work]? Can I somehow make the MPT work, and how do I do the seem edit to make it work? Thanks so much, guys!
I SOMEHOW managed to make it work by deleting mobile phone tools and downloading motorola phone tools (essentially the same thing?) and even transfered a few ringtones onto my phone. After I turned off my computer and turned it back on again, MPT couldn't connect to my phone anymore! I don't know what happened is it cause I deleted mobiledit...? some pwease help
