Hi Andre, Lol, yeh, I suppose that would've been the ideal thing to do, but it would be rather difficult considering I have no digi-cam or other means of photo capture that can be uploaded onto here, read the "Post your set-up's" thread for why (my cash goes elsewere). Anyways, I've started working out again, this time not as serious as I did a few years ago, but the big difference this time is I'm following great programs. So far its made a great difference in muscular mass & strengh, I plan on sticking to it, what I'm getting at is, maybe another 6-7 monthes into the program I'll share with you the fruits of my work... ;-D Oh, and good luck getting Lethal's mug, he won't even plug in a mic for us on Skype!..

Creaky once described his accent as "cringeworthy" LOL! I've been using the word since. I mentioned to him that I'd recently seen a film entitled "Trainspotting" (I think that was the name anyway). I couldn't understand 3/4 of it...what I did understand was the frequent use of "F word" LOL! I thought us yanks had the corner on the number of time the "F Word" is used in a film but I was sure wrong LOL!
in my 1st trimester at devry institute of technology, 1 of my class mates did a half hour speech on the "f" word.
