Multipass Xvid &Divx conversion wont work in VirtualDubMod

    Has anyone got any ideas why VirtualDubMod will not work when trying to convert using multipass with both Xvid and Divx.

    The clips im using all already avi's but i have cut the begining off (adverts) and added a fade in with Avisynth. Problem is, twopass encoding wont work. Any advice appreciated.

    A box pops up saying stats file not found.

    Make sure that you run the 1st pass, before the 2nd.
    1st pass creates the stats file.
    2nd pass uses it.
