MUTV New Frequency?

    As above yes, Factory default turn it off then back on, powerscan 6875 Start 260.00 stop 460.00. best of luck.

    sorry for sounding dumb..but where do i find the factory default option? i cant find it.

    ok, i figured out where the factory default was done from. anyway i did it and then the powerscan and it went back to the exact way as it was before i did it. all channels incl man utd channel, but man utd channel is just black screen with 'code being updated' on it.

    Giggs... sorry I cant help, but would you not consider changing to following either Celtic or Liverpool theres no problem with there channels LOL only a thought!!!
    Dont despair someone will sort you out!!!

    Not exactly a thread I feel comfortable with :) If you can see whats on in the EPG then it could be a local issue regards the PID. Has everyone lost it in your area?

    Are you on MMDS or cable? Try a manual scan again but add 1Mhz to the frequency, if no good subtract by 1 Mhz.

    Lol thanks scouser...appreciate you coming out to help a united fan, lol.

    anyone that i know of who has the eurovox box, has lost this channel. I know someone who works in chorus so i asked them were they having probs with that channel in general (i didn't mention the box, lol) but they are having no probs or complaints from customers about it. and someone said earlier on this thread that they are in Dublin and are experiencing the exact same problem, so it seems that it isn't just a local limerick problem.

    I'm on cable, chorus. I'll try what you said anyway thanks.
    I'm trying to do it while the family are watching TV..so im not very popular at the moment, lol!

    OK have you asked any one with a subbed box have they lost it also. Never ask an engineer :) Dublin is fine on N**, but some parts, (Swords/Malahide) area is Ch**us so thats where the link is.

    TBH if it has only gone recently and you still have the EPG stream it may be a CC issue and will resolve itself. As two Ch**us TPs went down last week.

    might just have to wait and see so.. didn't think just one channel would go though, but as i said before my knowledge on all this is fairly limited! :)

    its gone now since last weds or thurs. so having withdrawal symptoms now, lol

    Ask someone with a subbed box is it working on their box, although they would need the Max pack to have it when subbed. One channel can go blank it has happened on other channels before.

    They were "pron" channels so I never knew [​IMG] well I kinda knew :)

    Just thought id let ye know that I turned on the TV this morning and low and behold, MUTV was back. All by its self! lol. Delighted!

    Just want to say thanks though to everyone last night for the help ye gave, it was really appreciated. :)
