I have recently purchased a MXPro android tv box and after working very well the box just remains with the red indicator light on. I have tried everything I can think of to get the box to switch to the green light on the box. Eventually I have ordered a new remote control but this still has made no difference. Any suggestions other than to return the box/remote control. P.J
Pj if box is under garrantee, I would return , have had one or two boxes with the same issue , got one going after resetting using the toothpick in av port slot option , that can be hit and miss , best to return if possible .......
