My Computer [that I just built] does not work!!! I am very desperate!!

    THEY DO need cleaning but not REPLACING, right?

    Assuming you're competent enough to clean them properly, that's correct.

    What do you mean by competent? And are those things expensive?

    No they're not, all I meant by competent is assuming you can actually get the dust out of them, then they're re-usable. If you can't, then you'd have to throw them away and replace them, wouldn't you?

    That's not what I meant, although I can see how you arrived at that conclusion. What I actually meant was can you effectively get the dust out of it, as in would you succeed?
