MY GHZ CHANGE??..WHY IS THAT?? Free Gmail account

    Guys.. this is so wierd but i have a 3800 AMD Athlon 64 and i have one day 2.41 ghz and then later i got 986 Mhz. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHY THAT IS>>PLEASE RESPOND BACK.. AND U WILL GET A GMAIL INVITE FOR HELPPING ME OUT.

    knock off the caps lock as referred to as shouting in the forum rules above. what is make & model# of motherboard or computer?

    Would you happen to be on a laptop? If so, mine does this also. When I am using my battery my GHz will be 1.32 but when I have it plugged in it will be 1.73. I think it does it because it is trying to save power. But, if you on a desktop, I'm not sure...

    i'm just gessing here,but it might be a driver problem,like the bios or something...dunno...maybe...
