on my other pc when i start it, it starts up asking me if i want to start in safe mod, safe mod with networking,safe mod or comand promt, or regulare start up and when i click safe mode it will go into the windows xp loading thing and then restart or if i click safe mod, safe mod with networking,safe mod or comand promt it will just make some righting come up any 1 think they can help?
I pretty much had the same thing you have. The cause of mine was due to bad ram. If you have two sticks, try one at a time to see if your ram could be the problem.
