Hello I ran into a problem when I tried to connect my phone to the computer, it won't detect it anymore. I tried going into setting > connectivity to change the USB setting its "memory card" and it wasn't there. Previously the 3 icons were before "blue tooth link, Sync, and USB" now the USB icon is replaced with Active Call.. Also just so you know I gave a friend my phone to put on skins and games, but he's not in town anymore. So does anyone know how i can fix this? or some kinda software i can put to bring the USB setting back? Or maybe even another way to connect the phone to the computer so I can put songs on my memory card, I do not have a card reader. thanks alot

BTW the phone is a SLVR L7

Also when I click the Active Call button it just brings me to some Alarm set up screen, nothing related to the previous USB icon

I don't have the same phone, but I had a similar problem. I had to take out my card and re-insert it. Even though I know it was working before, for some reason that worked. Hopefully it will be as easy as that.

Okay dude, same thing happened to me. I guess what probably happened is that the menu file (mma_ucp) located in "a/mobile/system/" got somehow replaced. You must follow these instrucions exactly in order to change it:

    http://yuetblog.blogspot.com/2006/08/simple-way-to-edit-mma.html

REMEMBER TO MAKE UP BACK UPS of your mma_ucp file. You also have to intall the drivers installed in your pc in order for P2K tools to work.

Here is a guide in how to install P2K TOOLS

I suggest you wait for your friend to fix this, or you can try doing it yourself.
