   i hav an ipod shuffle and iit stopped working, everytime i press play it blinks orange and green repeatedly and when i try to restore it won't work

   That happened to a shuffle of mine once, and it was broken. I brought it back to Apple and they gave me a new one. Does your computer recognize a device is connected? See if it appears in 'My Computer'
