My Sister keeps getting harassed by a certain phone number

My Sister keeps getting harassed by a certain phone number and I wanted to know if there is any way to track who it is without having to pay for it. I've tried the web but everyone wants $$$. I don't wanna cause any harm to no one but I would like let the authorities know what is happening...if anyone has any info that would be great. Thank you for your time. Merry Christmas

I know it is....but is there anyway I can track who it is I tried the reverse phone number lookup but they want money...it is a sprint cell phone number I got that much...but I want a name is it at all posible without having to cough up the cash...thanks for your input though but any other methods to track it rather than go straight to the police.
