nasty jerky video

    I have tried using several methods for capuring from a VHS into my computer This includes VHS to DVD 5.0 (what can you ecpect from a UBB device) to using my Canon HV30 and fire wire. Ihave used combos for nerovison5 and the capture software that came with the Honestech product. All are giving me the same results, nasty jerky poor quality video.I had been using a stand alone LG RC797T for this (worked great for 3 months)
    any ideas?

    only use I ever found for nero7 .. capture over usb worked great
