I'm a die hard Mavs fan, but with the recent additon of Shaq, I think Suns is going to take it this season.

You think he'll be able to run with the Suns?

I think he's going to slow them down a little bit. But, nonetheless, I think he's still a great addition to the Suns' line-up. Have you heard anything about the Jason Kidd trade? I sure don't want him in Dallas in exchange for Devin Harris...

I haven't heard anything yet about a Jason Kidd trade.

Kidd is wanting to be traded to another team. He's not too happy the way they've been playing this season. There are rumors that Dallas might acquire him in lieu of Devin Harris. Jason Kidd is a great player, but Devin Harris is young and has a promising career...

Looks like the Lakers are building a dynasty over there, they should have never been allowed to aquire Paul Gasol from the Timberwolves. That trade is still mind boggling. Shaq, oh yea, he's definitely going to be a key factor over at Phoenix. I think teams are going to have to change up their whole game plan on attacking the Suns now.

How bout them Celtics, I think they will be a team to watch this year, definitely playoff worthy. They proved that by beating the Spurs yesterday. They came out hungry and finished them off. How bout Baby Davis, man did he show some strength out on the court.

I love this time of year. I watched alot of basketball yesterday. Celtics looked good against the Spurs. Now they're 16-0 against the Western Conference. Maybe there could be a chance of a Celtics Lakers finals this year or next? It looks likes the Suns are pretty much playing on pure heart and determination right now. They squeaked out a win against the Wizards yesterday. Usually they blow a team like that away. We'll see how much Shaq can adjust to the Suns offensive scheme.

As far as Jason Kidd goes. He's a great point guard but I wouldn't give up a whole lot for him. The Nets wanted Andrew Bynum from the Lakers for Kidd. No thank you.

Man what a difference a few weeks make. The Lakers look great and the Suns are on the verge of missing the playoffs.

You're absolutely right! Dallas Mavs are also on the brink of missing the play-offs ever since the multi-player trade involving Jason Kidd and Devin Harris and others...I think it's a huge mistake on Dallas' coaching staff and management.

I think it's extremely difficult for a team to try to find it's chemistry in the middle of the season. Both the Mavericks and the Suns are struggling to adjust and only have about 20 games left till the playoffs start.

With a little over 20 games left in the season, it's a tight race for top seed in the West. I didn't see the game between the Spurs and the Suns. Was it close?

    No, 94-87, Suns...

Man, that's unfortunate. Miami's been down and out on their luck here lately.

    D. Wade is a great player, but he's been afflicted with a lot of injuries. I'm still hoping the Mavs could get at least past the 1st round come play-offs time.

Yea, I'm sure we will see all the usual teams this year, plus the new Boston Celtics squad! Those guys squashed the Pistons last week. Kevin Garnett pulled in 31 points himself. Did you happen to catch that game?

No, I didn't catch the game. I hardly ever catch Dallas' televised games either. I miss those days when I was in Tx, and I had FSNSW...

LOL, took me a sec to figure out what FSNSW was at first. I saw that and the first thing I thought of was NSFW.

Doesn't Direct TV offer all those FSN channels?

Where I'm at now, they have FSN NW. It's the Sonics' home network so to speak.
