   Hi, drive has been flashed, and will no longer read dvd+ discs. Can I reset it to orignal state? I have tried to official nec firmware but it doesnt recognise the drive anymore!

   What did you flash it to?
   
   here are some flashes u can use, use the NEC drive converter, that might help
