For some reason I can't get my pc to start into windows. It says it is missing a exe file and it needs to be loaded for windows to open correctly, symevnt.386 is the name of the file I guess. The pc will not let me restore with a cd or in safe mode. I have already done windows 98 twice and when the pc comes on it doesnt have the right color, and when I restart it, it tells me it needs to restart because of an exe missing file, i do not know how to load that in the pc. Can anyone help?, Thank you
