Need a good DVD Burner...Any recommendations

    Which of these Burners support booksetting on DVD+Rs.I read that NEC does not,don'nt know?But I need a new burner

    Benq 1650 will do that job. No more messing around with the dash format. After booktyping the plus media to dvd-rom,good luck on finding a player that won't recognize your backups.

    The NEC will bitset if you use the Liggy's and Dee's firmware from rpc1.org. That'll also take out ripguard too. The NEC is a great drive and is/was $30 at Tigerdirect.com. It's I think $33 at chiefvalue.com or mwave.com. The Benq isn't bad either, I plan to get one (though not at newegg!)
