hey guys i was wondering if u could tell me which mother board to get for a intel pentium d. 3.2 Ghz.
The GA-P35-DS3R will support that CPU, along with pretty much everything else that's come along since.
Ah well, you didn't mention that! This one should do http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128076
I don't see why not, but if you're making a proper gaming PC out of it, you should really spend more and get a proper motherboard, you'll notice the difference.
Not easily doable if I'm honest. The cheapest one I'd recommend for a gamer is the P35-DS3L: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128059
Newegg is the cheapest place to get it too. Thats the least you should get, anything below that isn't worth getting. You need a new processor too...
no i dont need a processor. i just need help on that motherboard and ram problem. thanks for asking though.
Sorry I thought you had a Pentium 4. Don't think that would have worked really well with Crysis! You're probably fine with a Pentium D, although it's a bit on the low side...
A Pentium D will struggle with crysis if you put the detail up, it's about the slowest CPU I'd recommend using. Consider upgrading that soon, even if it's only to an E2160 or E2180.
As good as possible really. Ideally, that's an E8400, but most boards need BIOS flashes to run those. The E6750 and E2180 are two excellent CPUs for playing Crysis.
Where you update the software on a motherboard's BIOS to update it. Potentially risky, but often worthwhile.
