Need advice on pc components

    Hey guys gonna splash out and get myself a decent gaming pc, im spending around 2,500 euro, are these components any good, any other suggestions or should i go with these

    Asus CROSSHAIR, nForce 590 SLI, DDR2, Socket-AM2, 2xGbLAN, ATX, 2xPCI-Ex16

    AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+ 3.0GHz Socket AM2 2MB, BOXED w/fan

    OCZ Platinum DDR2 PC8000 2048MB KIT, w/two 1024MB PC8000 XTC, CL5-5-5-15

    Point of View GeForce 8800GTX 768MB, GDDR3, PCI-Express, DVI/Tv-Out, Retail (Im getting two of these for SLI)

    Any help would be much appreciated

    for a new build go with a core2duo setup the intels are kicking arse right now.

    ask in the offical building thread for the best deals and some good advice.

    that system would handle games just fine. It has higher specs then my gaming system (listed below) and mine will play any game out there right now flawless.
    But it also cost me only about $11000 USD (826 euro).
    and can be upgraded with 2GB more ram, better graphics, it is quad-core compatible as well and has crossfire to run dual graphics cards, and raid for hard drives.
