need help and dont know what happened

alright im going to tell you what happened step by step i was try to do some hardmodding to my softmodded xbox by adding a usb port got the tut from http://xbox-scene.com/articles/usb-port.php i followed exactly all the steps and after i finished adding the usb port i closed back my box and hooked it back up but when i turned it on it shows up green then turns off and turns on again green and truns back oon orange and stays that way but blinking i but a rf adapter so i know that isnt the problem and i know all abou the error codes and the led codes but that cant be the problem because i never soldered it so there shouldnt be any spills so if anyone knows help thanks
