hey, ive got a Panasonic mini-dv handheld: PV-DV52D it cost me $400 and after a couple years the playhead has gotten dirty or whatever, horizontal lines in my video if i record or play, to get this repaired by panasonic would cost over half the cost of the cam, anyone have any at home do it myslf stuff if i get some head cleaner? if i screw up i wont really care, im not paying $250 for repair
My dvd had this but i bout a head cleaning disc and it did the job im not sure if their available every where im from england u could get 1 online do
yhea, a dvd, this is a mini tape handheld.. i never seen a tape head cleaner thing anywhere, oh well x.x
Wal-Mart or any good computer store should carry a mini-dv cleaning tape. Got me one and works great!
