Just try a friends sim out in the phone. It should be unlocked already. Most Cell One phones are unlocked.
So if I don't know anyone with a SIM Card do I pay another $16 for a new SIM Card... Do you know if I can use the phone with another company that supports Pre-Paid Minutes cause I am tired of being charged minutes even if I never answer the call or not reply to a text message ($.15 per text message recieved and/or sent <--[*S]). Well to make it easier for anyone else I am wanting to change from Celluar One to Alaska Communication System - A.K.A.(ACS).
Make sure that Alaska Communications Systems (ACS Wireless) uses sim cards because I'm showing them to be TDMA and CDMA
