Need help Please with backing up

i recently backup a dvd with dvd shrink and the files size was 6.81GB. does anyone have any ideas on how i can put this onto 1 dvd without changeing anythin. thanks for your help.

If you backed up a movie with shrink, it should have shrunk the movie,,(am I missing something here?)
