Help. I can't get things to open up. I have been trying to get rid of these nasty viruses and Trojans but nothing seems to work. I have been running in safe mode trying to do a clean boot because of the ox7c922235 reference in the system configuration but this keeps coming up. it says" an access denied error was returned while trying to change a service you need to log on as an administrator account to make the specified changes" . I am the username and administrator to log on when windows pops up. can anyone help with this thanks
