My cd burner on my new Vista computer is no longer working. The burner was installed inside of my computer and worked just fine when I purchased my computer a month ago. But now a week later when my burner stopped working cds and dvds don't read on my computer at all please help.
What kind of burner? and have you checked all the cables to see if something might have come loose inside. Any drivers for that burner? maybe try updating the firmware. you'll need to go to the makers website for those. Is that the only drive you have? Does it still show up in My Computer?
