I have DVD X Copy Platinum installed on my computer and it works fine. However, I am wondering what is going to happen if I ever have to reformat my hard
drive and re-install. There is no way you can connect
to the server at 321 to register and unlock the
program. Any help will be appreciated. Mary Ann

There is a forum for dvd x copy you really should have used, but anyway studio 321 gave everybody with their products 10 installs prior to going belly up. Save your password and key.

    irvan36e,
Mort81 is correct that this is not the correct forum for 321 Products but the answer to your question is you will need to purchase a Ghosting program that will take a picture of the HD so you can use that again if there any problems. I use Norton's Ghost w/ good results.
I Really suggest you try DVDDecrypter and DVD Shrink as Shrink will rip and compress the DVD and in .iso mode DVDDecrypter will burn the file. Another thing is both programs are FREE. The guides are on the forum here.
