need help with installing my stv4 box

yh i am selecting ntl, does make sense now, do excuse my inexperience! kl might have to call virgin then. so do i sub and then caught it off with them after a while or wud i have to carry on been sub with them to carry on using the box?

 

Thank mickah i done that and it seem ok, i can get into the 1570 menu now, i scanned for channels and it found them but there is like doller signs on them? does this mean they are locked? i got the latest codes from chat box, but nothing happened,.

as I said, if you dont it wont work, you need the basic cable, not a digital box or a subbed box, just pay for basic cable to your house and thats it, you can use the box
